    Stand prices and availability vary from show to show, so we recommend contacting us for a personalised quotation. Whether you're exhibiting for the first time or are a returning trader, our experienced team will guide you through the available options and help you find the best stand to suit your needs and budget.   • Delivery /collection

    From arrival to opening, we aim to make the process hassle-free. We take care of the stand set-up before you arrive, so all you need to do is unload your products, arrange your display and get ready to welcome customers. Our experienced team is on hand throughout the event to help ensure everything goes to plan.

  • Paperwork?

    Yes. All exhibitors are required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance before attending one of our events. Depending on the event and the products you sell, you may also be asked to provide additional documentation, such as a Risk Assessment or Health & Safety information. We'll let you know exactly what's required for your chosen event and guide you through the process, ensuring everything is completed well before the event.
